How do I start a project with Worlds of Wow?

What is the typical timeline for a project?
Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. After the initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed project schedule that includes design, approval, manufacturing, and installation phases.
The consultation and design phase can take from one week to a few months depending on the complexity and customization of your design. Each playground is made to order and takes about 8-10 weeks to be manufactured. Depending on the size of the playground, installation can go pretty fast with standard units wrapping up in about a week. Larger, more custom structures can take up to a month.
How should I budget for a project?
Budgeting depends on factors like project size, custom materials, and customization. Our team will work with you to establish a budget that aligns with your objectives. We offer a range of options to suit various price points.

What does the installation process involve?

How do I maintain the installations?
We offer maintenance guides and support for all our products. Routine cleaning and safety checks are recommended to prolong the life of your installation and maintain optimal safety standards.
We recommend wiping down all surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and vacuuming the play structure daily or weekly depending on use.
We recommend checking the equipment for tears, loose or missing hardware, exposed zip ties, and more on a monthly basis.
What cleaning methods are recommended?
